Have you feel stuffs around you by five senses?

I didn’t notice how the server served me tea.  Not sure if the tea was pour from left , right or middle.  I didn’t notice when the tea passing my lips, teeth and tongue.

I couldn’t even concentrate on breathing but let my mind go wild.

The zen master said it’s good that if you noticed and felt details.  It’s good too if you didn’t .  And all not important now as it’s past!

Relax.  I have a lot to learn.  Started from a tea meditation.
